Go ahead and fill out the New Customer Packet (includes credit card info, insurance info, terms and agreements and some basic info about your production)
Send it our way when you’re finished and voila, we’ll make this friendship official.
Once you’re part of the Camera Nerds fam’, you’ll be contacted by one of our people. This’ll be your contact through the whole process. No hotline or multiple anonymous calls. One person. For the whole experience.
Now the fun begins:
Find what you’re looking for in our inventory by clicking “rentals”.
Select your first item and set up the rental period. Each item thereafter will be added to the order as quickly as you can click.
“Checkout” when you’re satisfied. Have a once over of your order, type in your name, email address and zip and complete your checkout. We’ll get an alert on our end and give you a quick email or call to confirm we’re on the job.
If online booking ain’t for you, go ahead and call or email us. Just rattle off your needs. We’ll throw together an order and send it your way, right away.

Handpicked (or delivered):
Feel free to swing by during office hours (10a-7p) at 68 Jay St. suite 603 in the heart of DUMBO.
Or we’ll deliver it to your curbside in a timely fashion.
If you need a pickup or delivery outside of business hours, we can arrange that. The show must go on!
Lights, Camera, Uh oh...
We clean, test and inspect our gear after every shoot so it’s in guaranteed tip-top shape. But the craziest things can happen on set! Call us if there’s a crisis and we’ll find a solution.
Wrap! Wrap! Wrap!:
Once everything’s in the can, go ahead and return to our Brooklyn office (curbside if you prefer). We can also arrange a pickup if that’s easier.
